• 2 nights of housing with breakfast included in the hotel. Double base room.
• 2 nights of housing in Hostería en Fiambalá. Complete boarding.
• Entrance to the Aguas Termales in Fiambalá.
• Tents during the stay in the mountain.

Camping base: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and food during trekking and rising to the top. Beverages. Pots, heaters, fuel.

High campings: includes meals during the higher campings.

Permanent communication with the camping base.

Ascension: Monte Pissis (6882 m.s.n.m.) y Vn. Ojos del Salado (6897 m.s.n.m.)

High Mountain Professional guide: with official and authorized degree extended by Aconcagua National Park. According to quantity of people, a guide´s assistant is included.  Guide AAGPM (Asociación Argentina de Guías Profesionales de Montaña)- EPGAMT. Languages: English, French and Spanish.

Services Not Included:

• Lunch and dinner during the stay in the city of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca. Beverages during lunch and dinner in the cities where we will stay.

• Personal team, personal porters, expenses due to some eventual abandonment of the program and expenses due to evacuations.

• Other services not mentioned before.

Number of days: 25 (twenty-five) since the arrival to San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca until your departure. 

Itinerary:

Day 1: Transfer from the airport to the hotel, San Fernando del valle de Catamarca.

Day 2: San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca – Fiambalá.
We leave the city at morning hours and head to the location of Fiambalá, the last town before our crossing.

Day 3: Fiambalá – Cortaderas.
We begin our journey in a 4x4 until our first camping. Acclimatization.

Day 4: Break and acclimatization. Trekking of acclimatization.

Day 5: Cortaderas -Plaza Mar del Plata camping base (4600m).
We go in a 4x4 to the camping base of Pissis, here we will travel and meet amazing salt flats and  high gaps of great beauty. We will cross rivers until we meet the 4500 m.

Day 6: A break in the camping base.. Perfect day to rest and walk through the area next to the camping base to stimulate the acclimatization.

Day 7: Porteo al CI (5200m).
We will bring food, fuel and the equipment we will use in hights. Decrease to the CB.

Day 8: A break in the camping base.

Day 9: Rise to C1 (5200 m.)
We go up to C1 to sleep, located next to the base of the glacier of Pissis.

Day 10: Rise to C2 (5800 m.)
We go up to C2 to sleep.

Day 11: Attempt of the Mte. Pissis top.
We go with the objective of reaching the top and we return in afternoon hours to C2. Overnight stay.

Day 12: Decrease C2 to Plaza Mar del Plata CB.
We return to the camping base and prepare our equipment for the next day.

Day 13: Transfer of camping to the Vega del Nacimiento (4800), our camping base for the Ojos del Salado Volcano (6897). Overnight.

Day 14: A break in the camping base.

Day 15: Trekking to the camping base forward to 5100 m.

Day 16: Rise to C1 El Arenal camping to 5500 m.

Day 17: Rise to C2, about 6000 m.

Day 18: Day of the top of the Ojos del Salado Volcano (6897). The tallest, active volcano of the world. Then we return from the top to C2.

Day 19: Decrease from C2 to the camping base.

Day 20, 21 y 22: Security day.
An extra day due to bad weather or necessity acording to the guide.

Day 23: From the camping base Ojos del Salado in a 4x4 to Fiambalá. Hot springs, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 24: Fiambalá – San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca.

Day 25: Transfer from the hotel to the airport.
